DON'T READ UNLESS YOU'VE GOTTEN TO CHAPTER 7.
Our main character's name is America Singer. She is a Five who is in love with a Six, Aspen. Recently in our book, America was one of the 35 girls selected to go live with Prince Maxon. She was required to listen to a list of rules that she had to follow while in the castle. Everything was going fine until she heard the last rule. "When you are invited to do something with Prince Maxon, you do not refuse. No matter what it is. Dinner, outings, kisses-more than kisses-anything. Do not turn him down."
This is where she changes and I begin to relate to the girl. Like I would react, she was shocked. First she had to sign a form proving she was a virgin, and now she's not allowed to turn anything down from Prince Maxon. Ugh! I very much like America because of this because she reminds me of myself. A little shy but once you get to know me I go all out. Also I tend to over react sometimes, just like America. Though I try pretty hard not to show my emotions, but occasionally to let them go to someone close. For this reason and this reason only, I like America. I hope as we get further in the book I can relate even more to her.
(Kaitlyn Clark) Great Job!! I loved how you told me the things you liked and the things you did not like. I agree with you I like the main charecter (America). At some times I don't but most of the time I do.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great way of putting your feelings for America, and I think you made some really good points.
